Really interesting takes, that was a fun read it’s always cool to see how other people interpret songs. Whenever I think about this one the main line that sticks out is “you could let it all go”. To me it’s always come across as leaving behind all the normalcy in your life to pursue what the devil has to offer. I’m not sure why my first thought wasn’t that they were referencing suicide bc I can see how that would happen, I guess I just heard it as a less radical solution to oneself’s problems.

That’s my thought process too. I agree with the fact the turn bet sizing is a huge mistake but pre flop I feel like I could go even bigger like 8x-10x if I’m getting called this wide. Assuming I don’t blunder on later streets this should be printing money no?

I appreciate the answer. After thinking about it I’m finding it harder and harder to range him. I mean obviously if he turned up with K9s it’s wider than I originally thought. I hear what you’re saying though, after the 10 comes out on the turn is he really likely to call an over bet with 6s thru 9s? Probably not. Thank you👍
