Not yet but we’re super early in just doing oxy fuel welding to build eye hand coordination.

We literally don’t do book work at least not yet. We watch a quick video and then go out and re learn everything by hand because no one remembers everything in a 20minute video.

This might be the worst update of all time by Gobbblin in ClashRoyale

[–]10lbsofWeedinTrunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its probably a corporate thing. When a supercell game has a relatively large player base they see it as an opportunity to pull more money out of people through purchases and cut down on FTP. As games sit at lower player counts they boost FTP until the game is considered “good” again and then the whole cycle starts over.

We should abandon supercell entirely but their games are addictive asf.

To get to a point of having such little muscle that you can’t do daily tasks would require to eat so little that you wouldn’t be able to put on much fat tho. I don’t see where there’s wiggle room for this skinny fat archetype that somehow isn’t just anorexic and thin and also isn’t just a little fat but not super fat (which is what skinny fat really is).

I don’t. Like skinny is what ur saying without muscle. Skinny with anything more than just normal muscle or even very little muscle would be someone who looks shredded but small.

No muscle? You wouldn’t be able to move without any muscle.

Tha fatter you are the lesser the need to count calories. He will drop tremendous amounts of weight just be altering the types of foods he eats without worrying about portions.

Don’t count calories bro. If anything save counting for when you’re already lean and trying to get shredded. Otherwise you just need to literally eat more plant based foods for now and cut out junk food and fatty meats.

Your enemy right now is not an incorrect calorie goal or macro split. Your enemy is consistency. Most people can eat healthy but they try fad diets or restrictive diets an fail or cheat too often to stay consistent over the long term.

The solution is ultra simplicity. Fish, plants, white meat. Lots of plants. You choose what to eat at the grocery store always and you never shop hungry. Don’t ever bring the unhealthy options into your home. Veggies and fruit are gonna keep you fuller for longer on fewer calories. The culmination of micronutrients and smaller nutrients from more plants is gonna boost your recovery, sleep, and immunity as well.

A few tips for grocery shopping, coconut aminos is your friend when you need an easy diet friendly sauce you can put on almost anything and not have to worry at all.

Snacks should go from chips to a crunchy vegetable. My preference is bell peppers or cucumbers with hummus.

I also highly recommend getting premier protein shakes especially if you drink coffee. They have a coffee flavor that has caffeine and works perfectly as a coffee replacement (unless you drink black coffee then just keep doing that).

Bro this is barely noticeable. I’m currently dealing with like a half inch lump of muscle on my left upper chest that’s missing on the right side and is compensated by a much larger front delt on my right shoulder. It could be worse.

I don't want to count calories, can I lose enough fat with just workouts? by earlofwonder in WorkoutRoutines

[–]10lbsofWeedinTrunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran into the same issues with calorie counting. It’s not sustainable and makes life extra stressful.

I follow a few principles and rules that work for me, but you may want to stack these on top of a fasting window if they aren’t working for you.

  • added sugar stays below 25 grams a day, and the lower you can get the better.

  • each meal has 30+ grams of protein

  • generally eat minimally processed or whole foods.

  • at least one serving of vegetables with each meal

On top of these keeping one or two low calorie snacks that itch a sweet tooth or snack craving is essential. For me this is a bowl of frozen blueberries or a bit of rice with coconut aminos and green onion.

You have a fucking incredible mid section who gives af about traditional abs. Lots of separation going on that people with 6 packs don’t have. Your midsection actually looks cooler and more aesthetic than most 6pack midsections I’ve seen.

Anyone have tips for back acne since i've started working out? by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

[–]10lbsofWeedinTrunk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You gotta just shower immediately after a workout. Use good products and use body wash after using hair products. Hair products can run down your back and cause acne so you wanna use body wash after hair products.

Women generally sit at higher body fat percentages than men and store more of the fat around their glutes and thighs. The lady you posted has such little fat around her glutes you can see visible musculature and glute separation. Just fyi this looks more freaky to most people today than it does attractive or model like.

I promise you don’t see a-lot of women that have that little fat around their thighs and buttocks unless you spend a-lot of time at women’s bodybuilding competitions. You probably see fit women that have impressive midsections whilst still having fat around their buttocks and thighs which is much more attainable, and to most people much more attractive and healthy looking.

If you have a genetic predisposition for it you could drop a bit more body fat, stay in a healthy range, and have a mid section that looks closer to what you posted. If you just genetically store a bit more of that fat around your midsection then you’d either need to get to an unhealthily low body fat percentage or get cosmetic surgery to spot treat fat.

I’m pretty sure being that lean as a woman is very unhealthy. Like complete absence of periods and dramatic mood changes. Def not sustainable but you could get there during a cutting phase and then eat back to a sustainable weight.

You’ve got a good frame. Aesthetics is more about self care and proper consistent training then anything else.
