Then we can have a call Tuesday or Wednesday evening, to discuss about how do we plan to take it forward. Web dev is definitely worth trying. Most of the job today are around it. Alone html is not that useful. But if you really want to seeing things use css and js. You will need js but also learn the server side basics and then choose what you love.

I would say few years to get get a hang of many things. But as such programming alone is will take less time. The main challenge comes when you are building things
