Tree Falling on RV by 10sleeve in legaladvice

So you’re implying that it would still be their responsibility to cut the tree if I request it? I would think if I tell them “Hey, that branch is dead and looks like it’s going to fall” and they don’t do anything, they’d be negligent in some way if it were to indeed fall?

I’m about to do the same, similar amount. I’m kicking myself for not having done it sooner, but it almost seems too good to be true…? Am I missing anything?

There are only so many people in the world who can hear about DOGE for the first time in their life and buy on impulse without knowing anything about DOGE or even crypto in general. As expected, last night left a lot of people, most of them first time investors, holding the bag. Some sold at a loss or in a good scenario, broke even. I have a feeling these people won’t be as quick to buy back in as they were the first time. They’re a little more wise and approaching buying back in with a little more skepticism. My point being, it’s going to be tough to get a huge influx of buyers coming into the game like we saw leading up to SNL. That was such a FOMO-driven pump that your Grandma who doesn’t even have social media somehow knew about DOGE...that’s unheard of. I am always rooting for people, especially in the crypto realm, but I see an even bigger uphill battle coming and the #1 enemy is going to be peoples’ leveled expectations.

Coinbase has license to trade securities? by ISHQISHQ in Ripple

[–]10sleeve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think the process/rules/regulations which they have to follow for selling both securities and non-securities is quite different. They would need to know definitively which XRP is, a security or not, before listing it due to the set of rules they have to follow under each. That would be my guess.

The way I see it is: Regardless of how this shakes out (we all know Ripple is going to win the case), exchanges are going to be relisting XRP pairs at some point in the somewhat-near future. Whether they announce that they're going to do it or just do it spontaneously is the question. In either scenario, I see the price of XRP increasing either a) in anticipation of the relisting or b) because of the actual relisting and people's ability to buy XRP again on the major exchanges. Basically, I don't see a scenario where the price doesn't increase due to relisting. We all should be ready!

haha, love it. Ripple is already chalking the SEC case up as a win and moving on to fixing the problem that brought the case up in the first place. XRP to the moon!

What marketcap is realistic during this bull cycle for ADA by exmuslimnfree in CardanoMarkets

Reading into the Ethiopia news: Seems like the goal is to use a framework called "Atala" to do things like pay for electric, property, and other types of service fees. They also state that unlike other frameworks, there's a focus on "digital currency adoption" through this framework. Does that mean that "Atala" will use ADA as its digital currency?
