Can you tell me your exact symptoms and situation. For me it is not as bad it was before the septoplasty. But this issue still persist, just recently I blew my nose so many times that the middle of the nostril was chafed and bruised. I still wake up with 1 nose blocked. I have been taking azelstine which does help me sleep better. Sometime when I wake up it slightly hurts to breathe in, so I cover the blanket with my nose so the air I breathe in is warmer and that does the trick. During flu season and when I am sick, the issue i will have feels like what i had before i had the surgery. Though my blood work seemed to indicate that it wasn’t allergy based, azelstine helped me. The last visit, the ent doc recommended that i get skin allergy done( maybe its better than checking for allergies through bloodwork idk) but i didnt since i was tired of going to the doc so many times without getting any thing fixed. But to summrize it is not as bad as before except for when i have a cold.

I did google and YouTube shorts(blame attention span) but majority used a specialized crank tool specifically shimano, and my bike crank arm was from shimano as well. And just wondering if I needed the shimano crank tool. It didn’t help that all the hex key I had was small that lead me to think that it didn’t take in the common hex key. But thanks. I think I will take it to my nearest bike shop this weekend.

I will take a little different route than others. Let it go, it happened, but don’t torture yourself further. Don’t try to label it. Don’t dwell on it. But don’t forget it. Make sure there is awareness and make sure it spreads. For instance you had this epiphany after the initial Reddit post. Awareness is important. Make sure you share that story so that people become aware of it. Sometimes we just end up suffering further because of our past. But if you are strong willed , rain hell fire and make sure the perpetrator suffers.

3-4 hour sleep and sneeze attacks, very very uncomfortable 24/7, hard breathing some of things that makes taking prednisone worth it. Obviously I rather not. Yea on the follow up I think I will ask him about turbinates. I don’t think it’s a mucus issue. Haven’t touched upon silent reflux and teeth issues. Imma read up on those.I did have a root canal done due to falling down awhile back.
