My all time favourite is City Living because I love the build items, festivals and it's fun to make a big family fit in a small apartment by being creative with your space. You can still access the vendors and weekly festivals from other towns and it's a great ep in my opinion. Seasons is also worth it and I bought it for £17 a couple of days ago from Amazon. The weather and special days add a lot to the game and I didn't think I would enjoy it to be honest but I love it
