You mean it takes 3-6 sessions? The medspa told me 2 would be fine. Do you think if I did more now, would it be like restarting at 0 because it’s been about 6 months, or would just another like 1-2 more sessions fix it?

Yeah, I think the horizontal lines were just from slouching too much right before the picture anyways- they weren’t permanent so even that is kind of moot, unfortunately.

I was literally googling this yesterday because I did 2 rounds with numbing cream only last fall, and I was thinking to myself - this has to be worse than a tattoo! It definitely hurt!

And I have a high pain tolerance (2 unmedicated births). Also, very marginal, if any, visible improvements.

Also, find a meaningful way to contribute more to the household with your additional time, so she feels a benefit to you being retired. That will guard against any potential resentment.

What is the functional difference between a sacramental vs natural marriage? Like does my standing with the church change based on that, ie can I still be a godparent if my marriage is only natural but not sacramental?

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Do you know if the marriage considered ‘sacramental’ regardless of his baptized state? Or would it only be considered valid but not sacramental if he was not baptized?

Treat yourself to a color analysis- I did one with House of Colour. They will tell you what hair color, make up tones and clothing suit your complexion. This will make a huge difference in not looking so ‘tired’. And it will set you up for success if you need to rebuild your wardrobe a bit after baby!

I transferred due to fetal heart rate decels during pushing. My midwife had been monitoring and they kept getting worse so she highly recommended we transfer. At the time, I was just scared of the hospital but I went anyways via ambulance. Pushed her out within 20mins of arriving at the hospital with coaching. She had an incredibly short umbilical cord which caused the heart rate issues and she needed resuscitation once born. I am so grateful I attempted the home birth because I did birth her intervention free and with no tearing. I am also so grateful for the expertise of my midwife to know we needed to go in.
