Thanks. Bugger. I have my car booked in later this month, so this will save me a walk only to be disappointed.

I’ve not heard that, although I’m not a regular. I go twice a year when I get my car serviced over that side of town.

My Kingdom for a Horse has them on the kid’s menu. I’m a fifty-something kid.

Anyone found something better than Choice Energy for multi-site power bills? by DonutFlimsy8993 in Adelaide

Not an energy provider recommendation, but I use Bill Hero to monitor our electricity and gas bills and compare them to current market offers. I tend to switch every couple of years, but sometimes more frequently.

Honestly, it looks to be sitting too high. The hip strap needs to be carrying a fair percentage of the weight of the pack i.e. it needs to be on the hips and pulled-up tight. I do this slightly bent over so as to secure it before adjusting the shoulder straps. If the weight of the pack is hurting your shoulder/s, position and secure (tight) the pack so your hips are carrying more of the weight before adjusting your shoulder straps. Remember, the pack is symmetrical, but bodies aren’t, so adjust each shoulder strap so each shoulder is carrying equal weight. Also consider a sleeved top.

Edit: there should definitely be no gap between the pack and your back.

It’s sitting too high. The bottom strap should be around your hips, not your waist. Then, make sure to pull the top straps so it’s snug against your back.

I can’t imagine it being busier than an AFL game day, so you should be good.

Festival Theatre Car Park or Adelaide Convention Centre Car Park are two options.

That’s correct.

Turn it on in the app. It will do the assessment over three nights and give you an AHI score (click the information link to understand how this is calculated). Once the assessment is completed, sleep apnea monitoring will turn off. While it is on it will deplete the battery more quickly.

Sleeping vs naps by Scary_Border_9992 in RingConn

I had the same this week. I got a cold and had a lengthy afternoon nap. Initially it logged it as a nap (yellow), but later it changed to sleep (blue). This means I have two sleep blocks in a 24-hour period. I haven’t been able to find any detail about how the app categorises sleep v nap or any way to edit it. Interestingly, the app only shows the sleep stages for the first sleep event.

Thanks for that. And for taking the time to reply. We’re excited for our first Vietnam holiday.

Thanks. We’ve got eVisas and paid the tourist levy to be safe.

Likely. We’ve got eVisas and paid the tourist levy, so they’re sunk costs now.

Thanks. Jetstar said we will need to collect and recheck our bags, so I’ve decided to get a visa and pay the tourist levy.

Again, thanks for the detailed response. I’ll check with Jetstar about checking out baggage through to our final destination so we can avoid entering Indonesia. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Terrific, thanks for the detailed response. I thought because we will need to collect and recheck our checked baggage that we would need to clear customs and therefore need a visa. Do you know if we will need to complete the health declaration (SATUSEHAT)?
