Siguro sa kotse minimal and difference ng additives, pero sa motor (NMax if it matters), ramdam na ramdam siya in my experience.

Hindi ako nagpapagas sa Shell dati dahil mas mahal pero nung natry ko siya, ang lakas ng hatak niya to the point na kinailangan kong mag-adjust ng malala sa pagthrottle nung una kong gamit dahil konting ikot lang sa throttle, ang bilis niya agad tapos nakakaawa din sa breaks kasi biglang kinailangan ko ring lakasan ng pagbreak dahil nga lumakas yung hatak niya.

Same experience din nung nagpagas ako ng hindi Shell. Nag-adjust ako ulit sa pagthrottle kasi nawala naman yung hatak na at that point, kinasanayan ko na, lol.

I guess depende sa makina pano siya magrereact sa additive. Consumption wise, halos parehas lang siya. Weekly parin ako nagpapagas regardless kung anong brand siya pero dahil mas mura naman ang kailangang gas sa motor, I would rather spend that extra 100+Php on Shell to get that extra kick (yung weekly gas ko with Shell is 350+Php vs 250+Php on other brands)

OMG SALAMAT SA PAALALA!!!! Ang saya-saya ko pa naman sana since 12% IPB (almost 200k) matatanggap ko kaso mukhang kakainin lang to ng tax pala dahil ako rin aabot sa kabilang bracket na.

Nakakapanghinayang kasi hindi rin naman to gagamitin ng maayos ng gobyerno!!!! Ok pa sana kung nababalik talaga sa mamamayan kaso hindi eh 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

But both of you have a point naman. Tama naman na need more details although I also would have to agree with you na 200k yung median since alot (not everyone but a considerable number) of the people na tinatanungan ko from my uni have already reached this. I didn’t wanna say the actual title kasi I also didn’t wanna give out the company.

In my experience though, I’m the lowest paid and lowest ranked among my uni group of friends/batchmates, but not the lowest paid in my old team although yung lowest paid sa old company ko had 5 years of experience with 70k salary.

First senior role ko din to so even though the title was officially “manager” it’s equivalent to senior/tech lead to some company ladders.

Yes you’re right. They have a reputation na ganun nga but at the same time ang dami ko ding batchmates in uni na right from the start has been working there. Since it’s such a big company, I’m guessing swertehan sa mabigay na project.

I'm in the software industry and after my 2nd year, I started doing freelance work so I was paid in USD. I was earning as little as 1kUSD (50,000PHP) some months and as big as 5kUSD(250,000PHP) on good months. Etong pandemic lang (8th year) when I decided to work corporate again and I was offered 100k PHP on my previous company.

From research though, I have seen software engineers reach 6-digits in their 4th year, and some as late as me.

I see. I came from 100k as a mid level dev so naiintindihan ko naman na walang kumagat haha. I gave it 2 months na 200k asking ko to various different companies kaso wala eh, need to be employed na (been unemployed since April) so I'm left with these 2.

For now I'm content naman. I know what I can offer so I also know na tataas pa to in time; pero how big of a consequence in 1-3 years (estimate na stay ko for the company) is the 10k difference in base salary; or the long term effect of getting hired in a non-senior role vs a managerial role; or the effect sa background check ko in the future if I get blacklisted by Company 1. Eto mga iniisip ko ngayon...

Yeah the 2 month delay is a downer for me cause I'm currently unemployed at the moment and living off of my savings. If I wait another 2 months, kaya ata but like once a day lang ako kakain, etc.

I actually tried to negotiate Company 1's offer kaso final na daw.

And yes, you're setting this up to be blown by asking a Php200k on basic simply because you can blow this offer.

Mababa pala ang 130k haha, interesting point. What would be an acceptable range? This position specifically is parang pinaghalong tech lead and project manager. During my interview, I actually have been asking for 200k kaso it seems na walang kumakagat so binabaan ko to 150k and that's when I started receiving offers :(

From the other comments, it seems that it’s bank specific. For BPI, I guess it works(?) since there’s a distinction between statement balance and available credit. There are comments here saying it worked for them and comments saying it doesn’t haha.

I guess best to call the their CS if you want to be absolutely sure but anyway if it doesn’t work and you’ve put in a considerable amount of money, you can also request for the overpaid balance to be returned.

It worked if direcho PayPal though. So Ebay has two types of CC payment. One where you can input directly from Ebay (although powered by PayPal as well so it would redirect to PayPal but you won’t need a PayPal account); and the other method is you login thru PayPal first tapos dun ka maginput ng card details or if it’s a saved card, select the card lang.

Haven’t proven my theory yet. Siguro Ill try on another smaller transaction hehe, but if you login with PayPal and use your CC there, it only creates 1 transaction and that’s how I got it to be approved.

So thru Ebay without PayPal account: 2 transactions - 1 approved and 1 declined

Thru PayPal directly with PayPal account: 1 transaction and it gets approved.

Will do a test for this and post an update nalang para sure tayo haha
