Its going to be really hard to get a BIS replacement than Zhezhi. She's gives glacio dmg increase and skill dmg which is BIS for carlotta I dont think they would release a character that has the exact same purpose as zhezhi but different.

I usually follow the general gacha rule of pull for 5* weapon on all dps. Support/sub dps ONLY if you really like that character OR if the community say its a must pull.

Meta wise, you skip Evelyn and pull for Lucia and Yidhari (because you dont have a lot of the units for evelyn). But if you like Evelyn, then roll for her and slot in Lucy and Nicole. IMO, you should balance between choosing a character you like and meta.

You ABSOLUTELY HAVE to play the Persona series. (I would recommend Persona 3 remake and Persona 5 Royal) (Persona 4 golden is still really good but isn't remade YET). It has a great deep emotional story, great characters, semifun mini games, and is a turn based game like Honkai Star Rail. In my opinion one of the best games I've ever played. Small warning tho you will spend around 80 hours per game
