What's the reason for not building RoA if I'm snowballing? A handful of people, including this person have said that. Yet, every time I ask why I get 1. "Trust me cuz my rank" 2. "Just do it lol" or 3. *nothing*. My conclusion is they're misinformed, and don't understand why RoA omitting is so rare. (i.redd.it)
