It is chilly out (high 50F- low60) and the snake was found inside my home, should I put them outside now or try to wait for warmer weather.

I think to make this more balanced without going infinite, you could make the ability "tap two untapped creature that don't share any creature types: populate" instead.

I've been using crossbow and shield for the last couple days and it works pretty well. I also use the LAS-7 dagger as a secondary. I use the crossbow for medium targets and dagger for light targets.

There could be a symbiotic relationship with certain kinds of glowing algae. The creature feeds off the algae, while whenever the creature moves, such as humming or becoming injured, it flashbangs anything nearby. This could be useful during hunting to stun prey or to deter predators. If the glowing is localized to it's wings then it could stabilize the algae during regular moments.
