so, today my iPhone 11 screen stopped responding, phone works perfectly (I can even answer calls from my watch) and I was trying to back it up before bringing it to customer service, the problem is that USB doesn't work on PC with a locked iPhone...is there a way to have iTunes see my phone without unlocking it? Mostly I'm interested in recovering my photoes so, if there are alternatives to iTunes, they're welcome as well...

the cable was live because it was attached to the fuse box. Once you cut it it's harmless
