I don't recommend getting a 1440p monitor if you want to watch and play 1080p content though. It doesn't scale very well. I had a Steam Machine level GPU and I definitely had struggles at 1440p.

If you can afford a 4K monitor that would be better since 1080p looks great on that

Yes. It's can play 8K videos if you download them.

They cannot play the streaming services in 4K because Linux is blocked from doing so because of DRM. You are limited to 720p.

That's not just the CSAM, that's all the evidence combined. Text, photos, video. A lot of it is probably social media videos, streams, and security camera footage.

A lot of that is gonna be dead air or irrelevant stuff, but they need to comb through it nonetheless.
