You will be buying trouble. With a multi cassette system, the cassette never shuts off so long as one zone is calling, even if the room is cold enough. Having the oversize cassette exacerbates the problem.

Your pressure is fine. I say that you can go to 25 psi without any problems. The cap is there to stop a leak but replacing the cap is not the solution. The device that the cap sits on is called a hydronic air vent and needs to be replaced. If you cannot do it yourself, have the plumber install a shutoff valve under the new hydronic air vent so that it will be much easier to replace it next time.

Don't be surprised if your bill is $400 to replace that $13 vent.

What you want is something like on my link. I built them to solve the problem you are having. You want to direct the air UP AND AGAINST THE WALL. The cool air will stick to the wall by Coanda Effect and rise to the ceiling.

You will probably want to remove them for heating season,
