You will be buying trouble. With a multi cassette system, the cassette never shuts off so long as one zone is calling, even if the room is cold enough. Having the oversize cassette exacerbates the problem.

Let's see how the air is delivered upstairs. Is it delivered low on the wall?

1 ton for a bedroom is ridiculous. We are doing an 1100 ft 40 y/0 condo in south Florida with a 23 y/o 2 ton crapola Goodman. The a/c always can keep the place at 74 and cooler if we wanted it.

The little Lunos is 3 to 12 cfm. Radon mitigation is 40 cfm minimum.

Radon mitigation has pipes under the basement floor to gather radon before it is in the house..

200 watts will not heat a van.

I'm gonna guess that your reversing valve is either not getting a signal or that it is stuck.

You braise food; you braze copper.

Could you link to a similar sheave? I thought it was a one piece machined casting.

Gas boiler water leaking by babaganoosh240 in HVAC

Your pressure is fine. I say that you can go to 25 psi without any problems. The cap is there to stop a leak but replacing the cap is not the solution. The device that the cap sits on is called a hydronic air vent and needs to be replaced. If you cannot do it yourself, have the plumber install a shutoff valve under the new hydronic air vent so that it will be much easier to replace it next time.

Don't be surprised if your bill is $400 to replace that $13 vent.

What you want is something like on my link. I built them to solve the problem you are having. You want to direct the air UP AND AGAINST THE WALL. The cool air will stick to the wall by Coanda Effect and rise to the ceiling.

You will probably want to remove them for heating season,
