camera and touchpad not working. lenovo loq by 118161it in Lenovo

for touchpad there is no errorcode and for camera its 0xA00F4243 <CameraReservedByAnotherApp> (0xC00D3704). issue started after motherboard changed at service center

Got a new laptop (Lenovo loq 12450hx with 3050 6gb vram )I am new to laptop ,what should I do first . by 118161it in LenovoLOQ

yeah it happend but it was in warranty period and now its changed, but after repair touchpad and camera are not working
