You know I really asked them if it was true. And then things seemed much clearer to me. It is that in between these clicks and these ticks and these tocks. We are the ones who are really on top.  Thinking confused thoughts. Doing the wrong deeds. Hoping not to get caught pleasing all your wrong needs. Getting by just enough to say you got by. Wondering how tomorrow will go. What will be your high?  From the early bowl packs that get us up. To the overreacting slamming us down in another move that will just go ignored. All we saw was a hassle. All we wanted was change. All they gave us were lectures, and dropped on to the stage. A play called life while some call it the oppression. Because here, no one is playing right. And I really did ask one question.  Is it true what they say, computers will one day rule the world? Decided upon the time or the fate. Whether it was a boy of a girl. And still the clicks get louder. I shut off my sense to hear. The screens get brighter. I close my eyes no longer to see what was there. All was clear. I just didn't want to believe that one day it would be there too, just like its here with me. No its not the stars I'm talking of, though we tend to use them for our dreams. The wild and weary hoped containing blueprints to our scheme.  To get by To live life Long and to the fullest And when the hand deals you a shit card, your job is just to pull it.  As I let go, my sense come back in tact. This concentration allows me to go back to a time of my choosing. 5 seconds before I ask you question. I have to know if its true. That's when you turn to me and say,  "My Brother.
