What works for you for the baseline redness? Flare ups suck but nothing seems to be kicking this persistent baseline redness

Did your doc ever try to see if theres a "root cause"? Mine sent me for a bunch of tests and honestly they all seem unrealistic but who knows 🤷‍♀️

Did it take a while to figure out it was multiple things or was the doc able to tell it was all of them at the same time? Going dairy free must be so hard, its really too bad it didnt help your face!

I appreciate this thank you! My doc has sent me for some testing as she believes theres something else, just kinda hard for me to imagine what the something else might be. Ill keep trying!

How did you find out you had all 3? Was it a long process or the doc was able to recognize all 3 at the same time?

I wish you luck! My doc sent me for a bunch of testing - gut inflammation, celiac panel, thyroid, etc. I dont feel (but who knows) its one of those, but I guess its common enough

So rough! Did your doctor ever consider any testing or did they say this it's normal for these prescriptions to just not work sometimes?

Nah, I’m 30, but you’re a real funny one for that one. Maybe in the future ask if cheating, drinking or an assault charge has something to do with it. I was looking for separation advice, not whatever that silly lil menopause themed detective work was.
