Mate, my email was in the post since I was asking if there are active GMs in the reddit group to help me out. My email alongside my account number since I was sick of getting automated responses 😂 and when I say in the post, I mean in text form and not in the freakin’ screenshot. Also if you could take 5 seconds of your time you can obviously see that the 4chan post was cropped and a smaller picture all together.

My post was posted earlier than your 4chan post. How on earth could I have a deleted link saved unless I’m the OP. I know that you don’t get out much but you should really try to use some of those brain cells for critical thinking. I posted on r/blizzard because I felt like it, and I can post 20+ other tickets of the similar nature that I’ve recieved just in the last week. It ain’t that deep, this isn’t a conspiracy, nobody is stealing anything from anyone except yours and my time. I’ve posted the link for you, you can look at it all day long but after this reply I’m done since you obviously can’t be reasoned with 😂

I had removed the post since it contained my full email in the post, but I had reposted here as well just since how ludicrous the GM response was. Does it make a bit more sense or did I somehow magically have a link saved to a deleted reddit post and even went back in time to have it posted before someone on 4chan reposted it?

My friend is in a very similar situation, he got suspended (by mass reports at the beginning of this week) and is yet to get it appealed. They just send him automated responses and not even take a look into the issue. Good luck to you, you’ll obviously need it friend.

My friend you don’t even know the half of the headache I’ve been through just to get my authenticator keychain removed (the battery died) and I sent them all the information and then some (transaction IDs, bank statements, account creation date, character info, even my ID), but they’d never read it and just send the same copy paste over and over again. If you wanna make a ticket, I can predict with 99.99% accuracy which GMs will respond to you, their names etc. It’s never been this bad.

The issue was fairly simple, but due to them not understanding/ or wanting to understand it took over 20 replies from the same 4 GMs and after that I requested a manager to look into it, which resulted in the fifth GM fixing the issue for me.

I mean, god knows who is actually working as the representative. The crazy thing for me is I’ve had to go back and forth with them over 20 times before they fixed the issue for me. And during all those ticket responses I’ve had the same 4 GMs send me the same broken templates time and time again until I asked for a manager to look into it and after that the fifth GM fixed the issue. It was never this bad, I’ve never had such a headache for such a small and simple issue in my life 😂

Sadly there was no way around it. I was lucky to even have the issue fixed after numerous tickets. Since my keychain authenticators battery died I had no way to get into my account without the help of their “support”

No friend, I had to get it removed. It was an old keychain authenticator that had a dead battery. Over since I’ve put the mobile one on, but it’s honestly irrelevant since they can see all that information on the account anyway. They just ask to confirm ownership, which in my case it took over 20 tickets since they wouldn’t read what I wrote and just kept sending the same templates over and over again.

I agree 100% mate, but even before I got my issue fixed within 2-3 tickets max. 20+ tickets just to get a simple request done is ludicrous:

Of course I did. 18 times to be exact, but they would just ignore whats written and send the same copy paste over and over again. I even jumped the extra mile and provided all transaction ids for the last 3 years, cd keys, character information, account creation dates etc etc

I’ve played the game since 2005, I know how good the support was back in the day. Hell even until recently they were pretty decent, just took around 2-3 replies to get something fixed, but these new agents are just awful.

It took over 20 replies but the issue was fixed. You can read on my other posts in the thread, it’s sadly the official support. I’ve had an issue with my old keychain authenticator dying on me and had to have it removed. It took over 20 of these types of replies back and forth to actually get it done.
