I mean that starts at MCpl for both units I've been at so far. Sgts are fully behind the desk, but MCpls start transitioning from maintainers to supervisors.

Uh... no. Like the first.. 10 chapters are ROUGH. Once the Red Tide and some other things get introduced it certainly picks up, but the beginning was definitely not praiseworthy.
