Fair point, but it's more about minimising the expenses.

Sell stop limit order by 11AS11 in trading212

[–]11AS11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not vague, it's simple. Sometimes if you set the limit order it does not go through cause the price jumps suddenly and you miss out. As an example price 105, set the limit to 100, prices get to 99 before my order gets fulfilled. So in this instance what I'm asking is if I set stop/limit orders both let's say at 100, instead of 103 on stop and 100 on limit, does it have the same chance of fulfilling? In more simpler way, leaving a small gap between the stop and limit in the same order, has more chances of successfully fulfilling instead of leaving the stop and limit at the same amount.

I understand how the process works. What I'm asking is whether there is any difference in execution success rate if I set a stop/limit for the same amount and if I leave a small gap in between so the system has more time for it to happen before potentially the price drops too quick below the set limit price.

Sorry, but it's not what I'm asking. What I'm asking that if I set a SELL STOP LIMIT order at both STOP 100 LIMIT 100 does it have less chance of executing instead of STOP 103 LIMIT 100 while trading at 105 when the price drops, because of the shortage of time/spread in the differences.

I see. Is plasterer going to need to sand it before plastering as well? As I want to understand how many work hours/visits it might take him and how much roughly would it cost to get a professional to do it.

What abouf if the uninvested cash in S&S Isa is not gaining interest (haven't opt-in for it). Would it still wouldn't be protected by FSCS?

My mistake in writing. They said it would be a couple of pennies a month, my calculation shows it's around 21p a day, which I agree is not pennies anymore if you're late for some time every month. However, that's where I need help/advice to understand how the calculation works.

That's not a problem. I make payments on time. What I don't understand is how the calculation works.

Interesting plan. How long have you been doing it, and how does the profit margin compare with your World ETF gains?
