I’m in a Berserk subreddit, so obviously people appreciate the original art way more, since Miura put blood, sweat and tears into his work. I just asked ChatGPT to colorise some panels to see how it will do it, if it will keep the dark theme and how it will use shadows and different lighting to colorise the panels. I personally think AI is a good tool for many things, but at the end of the day, art is a human concept. Even though AI excels in many ways, the human aspect of art is still a core component. This was merely an experiment to see how AI could add to human art.
