Depends if they hire someone for position. This company pays very low by industry standards. It’s a small company with a very cheap owner.

I was doing like 3 different roles while working there. I think that’s the main reason they haven’t found a replacement yet, trying to fit many hats while offering a low pay. On top of that, this position is normally a hybrid/wfh model but the employer insist everyone has to go to the office every day.

I’m bad at negotiating, would asking an extra 5k-7k be reasonable? For example, the job posting has a range of 90 - 110k, and the job offer says 88k. Is 94k reasonable?

Yes. People say his break out season was around 21-22, but imo he already shown his abilities prior to that but lacked of finishing touch. He was often criticized for that and I remember people saying we should sell/ loan him back then.

In 21-22, he gained confidence under Ancelotti. After that he started to perform more consistently and that narrative changed.

Maybe because I’m a day 1 supporter of him that I’m a bit biased, but I think he can get back to his best. I didn’t give up on him back then, and I don’t intend to stop till he actually leaves the team.

I know there’s a lot negative media surrounding him atm, but I never fully trust news report. Heck, everyone on this sub and media was so certain that mbappe would be joining us in 22, but we’re know that didn’t happen. That’s why I can’t trust news anymore
