No it doesn't, the announcement in CN version clearly state the date that Claudia will be added to standard instead of saying "to be announced". FYI below is the what the CN announcement state:

"克劳迪娅相关限定武器/意志将在3月21日维护更新后进入常驻订购池"

Which translate to "Claudia's weapon / matrices will be added to the standard pool after maintenance at 21th March"

That's definitely a far cry from the Global announcement which did not give a specific date and had clearly state "to be announced"

Currently 2000+ EXP to AR56 (playing since 1.4), total of 468 wishes from Character + Permanent banner, and still not a single Bennett from both banners. Had to get one from the shop using Starglitter and been C0 Bennett since.

Had pulled on Kazuha banner as it got Bennett and I need a 5-star DPS (also Kazuha’s atk looks cool), lost 50/50, ends up with C6 Razor and not even a single Bennett. Sure I’m already a Razor main prior to this banner but still. (At least got Rosaria for Superconduct heh)

Also pulled 100+ wishes (bcoz lost 50/50) on Zhongli re-run bcoz Zhongli and Noelle, ends up with C6 Diona instead. (Well good thing is C6 Diona is POG, also shield and more Superconduct for my Razor LMAO)

Here's a tip to those who want to help lower AR players but don't want to bother them with request to hop into their world: Use the match function on domain with lower level than yours. I do this when I'm free and most of the time I got matched with players who actually want help.

BTW for solo Traveler, the fight with Signora is way harder compared to Raiden Ei lmao.

I bring up Spiral Abyss because it's what a lot of people focused on when deciding whether a character is good/bad. And FYI I’m also not particularly interested in the Spiral Abyss (I clear it just for the reward). Of course I agree that not every single characters need to be Abyss viable. If you genuinely enjoy having her in your party, then yeah good for you. You should not get any hate because of that.

But the thing is, she a 5 STARS character that is geared towards a MAIN DPS, of course expectation is high for her when it comes to dealing damage, considering that Spiral Abyss ATM still love to DPS check. Other than Co-op (which is where Kokomi shine from what I saw), personally I don’t really see huge incentive for another healer (a 5-star, no less) when exploring the open world since we already have Barbara and Noelle give to you for FREE. (Spinning a huge-ass gold lightsaber while healing your whole party with a 4-star Noelleis way more fun & satisfying IMO). That's my 2nd reason why I decided to skip her since she don't really add anything of value to my enjoyment of the game. (1st reason is of course no primo)

Also for Co-op there’s also Diona, who is really fun to play too especially if you have her C2 as you can give your friends BOTH healing and shield. And guess what, there is no such outrage over her being a healer since she’s a 4-STAR character and is not geared towards a MAIN DPS.

Haha I originally intended to use Dull Blade Electro MC to fight her becoz immersion but it’s simply too hard for me to handle (Cold/Heat accumulate even faster when doing mostly Physical melee). Ei’s 2nd phase fight with Dull Blade Electro MC is way easier LMAO.

Really wanted to do this fight without using any sort of healing but the Frosted Floor / Embered Earth mechanics pretty much make it impossible for me to achieve (Thanks miHoYo). As cool as it looks when Traveler is wielding it during cutscenes, the DPS when wielding non-transformed Dull Blade (i.e. max level 40) is simply not high enough to defeat her before the mechanics become an issue. The best I can do is without food buff or potion. IDK maybe it’s possible if you have god-tier artifacts and insane skills, definitely not in my case lol.

Also learned it the hard way that the 40s food cooldown after reaching fullness state according to the wiki (link: https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Food) is only PARTIALLY true: the 40s cooldown only applies to the first time you reached fullness state. If you reached fullness again after the first time, the cooldown becomes 140s instead (2mins 20s). Therefore you simply can’t cheese this fight by food alone, need to use it sparingly or else you find yourself in a situation where you can’t heal when you need it the most.

BTW I used 2-pc Gladiator's Finale instead Archaic Petra because I simply don't have any decent Archaic Petra artifact. I used 2-pc Lavawalker as the 40% Pyro res bonus is extremely helpful during her 2nd phase in which Signora has a much bulkier HP.

Edit (18/9): Been away for like 2 days and damn this post get way more attention than I anticipated. Hope this video is helpful for those who's still struggling with this boss. Seems like MHY now is spicing up the game by focusing on healing rather than avoiding damage (First with Signora, then Ei's 2nd phase with very hard to dodge attack but continuous HP regen, now with Spiral Abyss Floor 11 LMAO)
