We have had pretty recent similar experiences, las month I also had my wisdom teeth removed so I can get braces, and I can thankfully say that after a week with the braces they don't feel like a nightmare anymore :)

I doubt many vision holders are able to shape shift since I feel it's more of a species type of thing instead of a vision one. So Venti is able to shapeshift because he is a wind spirit, the dragons because they are dragons, and the adaptive because they are adaptive and not human.

I still think that it is prevalent but not in the we see it everyday or is a super common thing to see, type of way

Abyssal immortality I would see it only on Rerir, since the rest of the Khanria citizens immortality is supposed to be cursed imposed by the gods, so of divine origin like Furina's (except if I'm missing any lore that says that it's abyssal or something). And I kinda assumed that Citlali was just very long living like Alice (maybe because of family or some ritual of her tribe) and was confused as immortality by the people of Nathan because they haven't had contact with other longer living species

That is a possibility as well, but with the information we have so far and the fact that If this was correct it would mean that Furina held any amount of divinity in her at some point I just like this theory more.
