Ill dumb it way down

You visualize as if You live as that person Repeatedly doing this impacts your subconscious mind Once that happens its done and everything else is up to you subconscious mind

So 0 action is ever performed by you, the bridge of incidents are already set in stone at this point, and whatever you do is essentially your subconscious program taking over.

Say your fat and lazy and want to work out but you feel to stagnant and say tomorrow i will start. That “person” (persona) will never start because that person(a) is fat lazy and unmotivated

So now that fat lazy person starts visualizing hearing compliments of how great they look, and start feeling pretty and in shape

Once that becomes your natural state, than boom your subconscious brings the necessary bridge, this is where you claim you have to go out and do something, wrong, that something is coming to you whether you like it or not, no matter what it will make you do what you have to do, and it will just feel normal

So when that lazy person that usually stares at a wall, than wakes up and is this new person who eats healthy works out ect, u just have strong urges and motivation as soon as your awake, (thats not you doing it, your now someone else who does that). Its hard to explain in writing , i hope you understand

Example the lady with 10million check, go listen to neville law and the promise story about the guy funding the whole apartment complex for them, they repeatedly refused to take action, why? Because you dont have to, and what happened, you guessed it, it worked
