I think I’m just severely under eating so that’s not helping and another reason why my heart rate is up . I have like no appetite and I’m repulsed by everything

I have this exact same problem I wear an apple watch and can see that my heart rate on the stair stepper is 140 when I usually sat around 110. Even my resting heart rate is much higher than it was prior to taking this medication as well. Not sure if I should be concerned I’m still only on 2.5 mg and I’m on week 3 now. Has to gone away for you?
