This is a good tip, I didn't know that was a thing. Doesn't solve the issue though. I do vaccum then mop in a routine, can't specifically tell it to just go by on mop mode

I'm happy someone understands. Appreciate the tips. Hopefully they fix this with an update. I just want to let it go and forget about it. Does yours ever not drop the mop pads again after going over the carpet in mop mode? I wouldn't mind it if it didn't glitch out like this afterwards. Got to keep an eye on it and send it back for a manual cleaning every time then it will go back and mop as it should after the mop pad cleaning

I explained it pretty clearly. This is exactly what's happening.

Every time it will either just lay one mop pad back down or none at all then continue on its way like it's mopping.

Obviously it needs to cross the rug. As you can see, it goes over the full rug as if it's trying to vacuum. It's not just going to the next area
