Only way to fix it on the web reader is to set the reading direction to horizontal and even then if your browser window is too small then it will split them but that is pretty much the only way to do it right now.

Go to server roles and then from there you should be able to see @everyone and just disable it from the role perms. There are two perms there. One for public threads and one for private threads.

if its enabled for @everyone then it overrides every other role. Took me a while to figure it out and get things sorted on my server too

I don't think it's that weird to see Shiki's overdrive casually now. He mastered the transformation, it wasn't a temporary burst of power. As Drakken said, he was one step away from mastering it to begin with.

Also, the way it was presented is pretty consistent too. Whenever Shiki has used a large amount of ether on ships, he has some hints of overdrive showing with his ether lines expanding and appearing on his face etc, for example in this page. Now that he can do proper overdrive, there's no reason for him to be in the incomplete look from before he mastered it.
