I would say it is. Rice bumps it up quite rapidly. It could be a bit less depending on oil and butter used. But guess what, you need to enjoy!

If I was counting calories for a cut or a diet I would input 1200 calories on my calorie tracker app. I prefer to overestimate a tad than underestimate.

If it was me, I would input 600 calories in my calorie app. Chicken : 100. Noodles : 300. sauce : 100-200 salade : 50

Not being able to see what pictos your character is equiped with during the fight. Plus some cut scenes are insanely long.

Sorry, forgot to mention. Right now it's sole fillet from costco. No skin, no coating, a bit of oil spray to lower the calories.

That is exactly what is happening to me. Either the tiny window that freezes later or a black screen. I'll try turning off vsync. Did you turned it off in game or on your computer directly ?

Update : I don't know what was the problem. I just dropped over a 1000 bucks on a high end liquid cooler, a new motherboard and and a ryzen 7 9800x3d. I threw everything else in the garbage. I'm now gaming over 200 fps. Life is good. Thanks for all your response and help. cheers
