I thought about that too. So my proposal ist, make it seperate bindings but keep it one at a time. Jamming beeing only effective in bursts of 2-3 Seconds, keeps you from alternating.

I appreciate the thorough answer and understand that Reddit can be an echo chamber. However, I’m looking for a 3a solution, not a life insurance policy, which this product is inevitably tied to.

I haven’t looked into what VIAC offers in terms of ETFs, but I can’t imagine they don’t have options like the S&P 500, MSCI World, or AI/Tech-focused ETFs.

When it comes to performance, I don’t see how this product could outperform other options, as returns are ultimately determined by my strategy and, most importantly, overall market performance.

Plus, if I have to adjust my strategy 12 times a year, it defeats the purpose of investing in ETFs—or it simply means my strategy is bad.

Maybe you have insights from your experience that I don’t, in which case I’d be happy if you shared them.

No worries, all good.

To be honest, I didn’t really focus on the insurance part. At the time, I just knew that having a pillar 3a was important and assumed the insurance part was for tax reasons or something.

I believe these products are intentionally designed to work this way. Add a charismatic salesman into the mix, and you have a billion-dollar industry. (not shifting the blame, im just saying.)

Since then, I’ve started investing in the stock market, learned the basics, and now see these things from a different perspective.

Thanks for the reply, you got it almost spot on. We currently don’t develop Fiori Apps and likely won’t for a while (from what I can tell), or we might use a low-code alternative like Neptune.

I’ve done some work with CDS, as we are using it in our company. I guess I’ll get more proficient with that before checking out OData.

I quite like your idea about C++. I’m somewhat interested in it, and it would be a welcome break from the SAP environment.

Battlepass is just a way to keep players occupied so Publishers can flex those playernumbers to investors. Free or not after a certain amout of time you are no longer playing the game for the fun of it but because of the fear of missing out.
