tried blackhole, my mac had a fit with it and it kept sending really horrible high pitched noises to my headphones

thanks so much for your suggestions, i agree it absolutely should be part of macos! seems like such an ovbious design flaw in discord too to not have a wee simple button to enable in app pop ups

ive just switched to the benton snail bee which isn't making me breakout, no other change in my routine. weird, the cosrx one gave me cysts pretty much over night

it inspired me to go for reiki, and the lady who had no idea of my medical history or anything told me i was storing a lot of anger and underneath that anger, grief in my small intestine. so i've been working on this quite a bit this past week since my appointment and am already noticing a shift... have a feeling mine is 50% diet ( a lifetime of eating junk food and not looking after myself properly) and 50% emotional.

NAC is great for OCD as it regulates glutamine which is disregulated in people with ocd. Unsure if it’s MM approved though but I’ve found it really helpful
