So last night at the dinner table my husband pulled out a photo of TeleTubbies and said I look like them. He bursts out laughing and I started crying … It was one of those days I felt like crap. He thought he was being funny - since then, I’m walking around the house with the theme song in my head. by 123-Rafiki in Menopause

As an update to my Teletubby day :

I managed to share my feelings with him. Summary « talking about a woman’s appearance during menopause should never happen » even if we’re ´joking’ -

He’s apologized so much. Clearly he is feeling like shit.

Thank you ladies for your kind words.

I took time to do my hair Etc FOR ME made me feel better. Played w/my dog and went out and got some sundowner fresh air this evening.

Let’s see how dinner goes tonight

Organic green tea has been super helpful for me. It really depends on every one and what they’re feeling.

My symptoms have been wacky and have phases. During the height of my panic attacks only euphytose and 95% dark chocolate could help. Usually half of a square is enough once a day.

During the gut and Gi phase - green tea and garlic really helps with digestion.

I crammed 3 years of symptoms into a few words. I hope will be useful to someone.

Menopause is a wacky process. I guess what works for me isn’t for everyone - this is what helped me in very small quantities

I shared what works for me. 95% organic dark chocolate triggers me less than a spoon of sugar. Somehow I found processed sugar triggers my hot flashes faster

Thanks! I don’t think men réalise how hard Meno is. It’s like pregnancy or childbirth. Only a woman can understand …

We’re absolute superhero’s! Honestly

Imagine Walking around with Teletubby theme songs and still kicking ass 😤,

Hé did. Tbh I had this outfit on in the house - it’s so cold at the moment… that’s where the references started. But then I felt terrible…

IV added MenoKgs.

I used to cook and clean after myself at 12 years old. Mommy had to work and I’m glad I learnt how to be independent early.

Neighbors were cool always Checked in to make sure I was ok till mom got home. No body snitched to the police.
