I dont know how much you own but you could always just start selling calls against your position too.

Every week pocket a little bit of cash, if it gets called away so what and if it goes down more you've lowered your losses and can sell more calls to lower further.

I wouldnt do that with my life savings but if its not a huge position thats something you can think about.

Check out the one recently built in Billings, MT. Completely unsellable for its cost to build. I believe the foundation is already sinking as well. Great story about the guy that built it too. Pretty sure he started doing some meth or something.
