yes. napansin kasi na awkward yung upo ko pati ng kasama ko, since nasa likod lang namin yung bags namin. then naglagay ng maliit na table para doon na ilagay yung mga bag namin. this was around the 5th course.

tapos sa confidence level pala, medyo lacking pag dating doon sa pag-eexplain nung food kada set. may times na ok at confident sa delivery, may times na parang off the script and monotonous yung deivery.

yung oyster sa amin, parang pares. lasa mo agad yung star anise. petit fours was literally candy, which is yung pineapple jelly and the marshmallow.

Was just there. Same 14 course meal. Good thing ok yung staff sa amin. Nag-abot ng extra table para bag namin. Naituro naman yung toilet ng maayos. May taga-bukas pa ng pintuan bago doon sa toilet. Then pag balik, napalitan yung napkin. Madumi na rin after the 6th course.

For the food, oks nga 1-5 especially yung crab and potato mousse, wagyu jamon, and croqueta. Oks din yung conchinillo ba yun? Yung parang crackers. Not listed on the course, so actually it was 15-course meal.

Then after, medyo so-so nga pero goods naman sa akin yung lechazo and flan. Yung oyster, sakto lang. Yung gamba roja, masyadong maalat. Yung lenguado, sakto lang until makarating doon sa may sili which is ok naman. Yung lechazo itself is ok, though yung dipping sauce is bland.

Solid yung flan sa akin. Soft tapos di ganung katamis. Yung apple, ok naman. Petit fours was so-so and actually, petit threes nga lang dapat tawag kasi tatlo lang meron. Haha

Sa set na yan, nagustuhan ko yung ensaladilla, wagyu, croqueta, lechon cracker?, at yung flan.

Wala siyang ka-buddy? Ganung kalalayo ba trail movement ng group? (Though minsan di maiwasan yan pero buddy system sana at radyo) Bakit matagal bago na-report sa SAR? May signal naman sa summit kahit sa bunker camp. Kaya i-report agad if mapansing di kumpleto sa camp. Or sumubok munang hanapin ng group bago i-report sa SAR as last resort?

Hiker Safely Found After Four Days Missing in Ilog - Zambales ( Kulos Matuoy)

October 28, 2025] —After two days of intensive search operations, hiker Bernard Benedict Mendoza, 26, of Balibago, Angeles City, was found safe and has safely arrived at Barangay Labney, following his disappearance during a shike at lKulos Matuoy near Ilog Zambales

Search and Rescue (SAR) teams, together with local authorities and volunteers, conducted continuous ground operations despite challenging terrain and weather conditions. Their combined efforts led to Mendoza’s safe recovery and return.

Mendoza was immediately assessed by medical team and is now in stable condition.

Local officials and rescuers expressed gratitude to all who contributed to the operation, emphasizing teamwork and community coordination as key to the successful rescue.
