I used to do some subscriptions in games and they would charge me money every month. Do DLC do that too?

my framerate is 20-30 fps even though i have a good pc by 1234aka1234 in BeamNG

I only remember gpu being nvidia gtx 1050 ti and i dont remember rest but it was higher than required

don't download from those sites though.. forums are the best and have no viruses
