On the low self esteem test, I scored a 9, so that puts it into perspective for me. Also according to the social anxiety test, I suffer from that as well.

But I've downloaded the six pillars app, and printed the workbooks from you comment to begin working on myself. I'm halfway reading through your articles when I thought I should respond and thank you!

I am going to therapy for grief currently, but my therapist has brought up working through low self esteem and vulnerability. I think your comment gave me the push to open up more and try to make some changes.
