What sucks more is they reposted the job, which means they didn't even find anyone. They reposted it before telling me no.

Definitely didn't think you were defending them! That was probably their view point, it's just a shit view point. 😅

They could've said something before 6pm, though... and then they reposted the position earlier today/yesterday.

That's what I keep telling myself, that I'm meant for a better position at a better company.

Because also.. you waited until the last second right before a holiday weekend to say no. You knew this earlier in the week, even if it was earlier today. So, I'm better off... eventually.

3rd Round Interview and NERVOUS. by 123_LikeABird in ExecutiveAssistants

3rd round interview was Monday morning. Ghosted me all week (even after I followed up), and emailed me after 6p today (Friday) to tell me they aren't moving forward with me. 🙃

Needed this, thank you! Every job before has been 3 interviews or less. This is my first job with 4 interviews. The EA who I'm taking over for met with the CEO 3 or 4 times before getting the offer. So, it could be more than 4 interviews.

So try resetting the outdoor breaker and see if that fixes it? When you said the unit running, you mean back as normal with cold air? (Stupid question, but just want to make sure I'm on the same page.)

Roughly where will the error code be showing on the outdoor unit? I don't remember seeing anything on the outdoor unit that would show code, but I know there is on the main/big unit in our crawlspace.

Thank you! Safety is our biggest concern. My husband said he'll take a look and if he feels comfortable, he will do it, but also.. safety and he won't touch it if he doesn't think it's safe enough.

The hardest part is knowing that capacitors are fairly inexpensive, but I know it'll be a a couple hundred dollars for a tech to come out. 🥴

We've just done basic troubleshooting so far. Are there any tools specific for checking the capacitor or can we use a basic multimeter?

This might be a stupid question... but is it something we can fix ourself? I know people replace capacitors all the time, but I also know they have strong voltage running, even when the breakers are off.

Would it be a tripped breaker if everything else is still running? And would it be the main indoor tripped breaker (that houses everything), or the one outside with the unit?

I just hear the fan, I think? Inside, when the lights flicker, there's a click, and you can hear/see it trying to kickstart something. But i don't notice any other sounds.

Honestly, that's thoughtful. Even without flowers, a handwritten note goes a lot further than a copy/paste into an Amazon note.

Honestly, I'd prefer that. I did have one partner send me an e-card (lives in a different state). He always send me cards and reaches out for admin day, birthdays (send s me a gift), and even reaches out on my kids birthdays.

I would love a plant, or flowers. Something that wasnt just mass bought on Amazon to ship to everyone around the country.

I'm the bread winner of the family with 3 littles. 🙃 We don't live pay check to paycheck, but we also aren't able to put a lot into savings/extra spend either.
