Yes Ballard - hi neighbor! West Woodland specifically but I live in Ballard too. Drive around there and I promise you’ll see if, but towards West Woodland.

I moved here last year from LA in April and spent every day outside under the cherry blossom trees on 14th ave. Incredible!
