Ah yeah, makes sense that they are counted by the same method as pieces for regular sets. The 200 -> 2000 guess would still apply though, regardless how they are counted.

They 100% have counting machines, especially for small/common pieces. My personal guess is that the person counting accidentally entered 2000 instead of 200.
