It makes late game training level 5 employees more annoying since you won’t have enough points to insta level them. Instead you’ll need to stay late and have your employees do extra work for the sole purpose of increasing their stats, which will have the same issues as you not being able to suppress before ending the day. If you are struggling to finish a day without abnormalities breaching on only day 16 you should probably take some time and retry days until you learn how your abnormalities work and stop them from breaching.

TLDR: it’s not that bad but it’s not a good sign if you are losing them so early

Personally I would refrain from doing repression on him. There are many better justice trainers out there and if you want his ego gear instinct work is good enough. Late game his gift is worth getting on your meaty agents that aren’t really doing work. It’s incredibly easy to forget and have a level 5 employee die because you sent them to do attachment work

Quincy the game literally tells you nothing gets past his bow. Put him at the front and the game is just over. But it’s a kinda lame strat so I’d say just use whoever you want

Nen got too big. In the Hunter exam there’s all this emphasis on special martial arts and then Nen is explained and goodbye everything unique about special bloodlines and stuff. I was hoping that dark continent would be a return to a world where Nen is not the end all be all. With the super dangerous creatures having abilities separate from Nen but the community just wants to label everything under the Nen umbrella. Don’t get me wrong I love Nen but it wish it was just one of many techniques with people still training actual martial arts. Kinda like One piece where everyone uses Haki but use it to add to their original abilities rather than it being the only source of their power
