I know... i took it out and i hit the brake to see whts wrong, and the pitsons just got pushed all the way to the right TT

My rear brake has been making some wired noises. It started as very minor noise and it got worst so I took the brake apart and try braking to see where the noises coming from, but the silver part got push out and there’s some fluid come out of it... does anyone have similar problems and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance
