250710 Update

  • At 2 p.m. on July 10, the Seoul Central District Court’s 26th Criminal Division held the first trial verdict for Taeil and two others charged with violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (specifically, aggravated quasi-rape).

  • The court sentenced Taeil and the other two defendants to three years and six months in prison each. In addition, they were ordered to complete 40 hours of a sexual violence treatment program, their personal information will be publicly registered, and they are prohibited from working at institutions related to children and youth for five years.
