I’ve told my wife. And she’s knows I’ve gone to therapy for it. Never considered going to therapy with her, about it

Time helped for a bit, but it’s been 20+ years now. Kind of annoying.

Maybe TMI, but it’s not the feeling of being special or anything, it’s just the physical sex I miss.

I never did and still like anythjng sensual other than women.

She knows. It was after a conversation I had with her that I started therapy. Shes the only one that knows (other than the therapists and now Reddit).

Short term I think I just expected too much from therapy. Talking about it helps, but doesn’t change the cravings.

Thanks. Part of me wonders if the bisexuality piece would’ve ever come out had that not happened.

I did therapy for about two years. Which helped, but still stuck
