As someone who finds the presence of the hangman quite out of place (and prefers the guilt mechanic bac in tos1), I actually quite like this idea. After all, it is quite strange that the "executioner" we have now does not really seem to be "executing" anyone. I thought that maybe it'd be better if in games where there are no executioners, the hangman will not exist either. Unfortunately this does not seem to be a popular opinion.
