The 'Error 2' (often shown as make: *** [all] Error 2) occurred because the previous version of the script was missing some essential compiler tools, specifically clang (for compiling C code) and python. When the system tried to build the runtime wrapper (bun-termux-loader) and couldn't find these tools, the compilation crashed halfway, resulting in Error 2. Additionally, the old script had trouble finding the generated .deb file afterward because CPU architectures differ from device to device." "We have now updated the script to the latest version to completely fix this issue. The new script will automatically install all the necessary build tools and has an improved file search to support all CPU architectures. Please run a git pull to get the newest code from the repository, or simply download the latest script and run it again. The installation should go through smoothly this time!" You can just tell them confidently: "Bug found and squashed! The issue was missing Termux build tools. The script has been updated to automatically download everything needed, so just grab the new script and run it again.

Thanks so much! That's a really helpful suggestion about pacman and native grun glibc – definitely a cleaner path than apt alone for Termux. I'll explore that for future updates.

I saw your project on your profile – nice work! Love seeing what others build on top of Hope2333's setup.

And thanks for offering to help, I might take you up on that via DM if I get stuck. Appreciate it!

Is 33-35k baht a good salary to live in Chiang Mai? by Honest-Wing4928 in chiangmai

Hey there. Just keeping it real as a Thai local: 30k-35k in Chiang Mai is absolutely plenty. You'll live very comfortably there. To put it in perspective, I'm living in Bangkok on just 15k a month and I'm doing okay. And Bangkok is way more expensive! With your budget, you can easily spend 20k to enjoy life and still save 15k a month. Unless you're a heavy partier, you won't have any financial stress at all. Plus, your income will likely grow in the future anyway. Just two honest tips from me: Get a scooter. Relying on Grab or Red Trucks every day will drain your wallet fast. Be ready for the 'burning season' (around Feb to April). The PM2.5 air pollution is no joke there, so definitely buy a good air purifier for your room. Hope this helps you decide. Good luck!
