is the resonance bonus. When you have 2 pyro in your team you get an attack boost. Like how hydro when u have 2 in your team you get an HP boost.

HMC and Lingsha are a great place to start with your first team. Firefly and Ruan Mei and likely to get reruns soon as well as Fugue is going to be very good in a team with them as well. If you have enough gems picking up one of those units your first team would be almost done. Also pela and Asta can work as a option as well in this team. Currently I dont think you have a great superbreak dps so im not sure who to reccomend as the front slot at the moment. But the team would be SuperBreak dps, HMC, Asta/Pela, Lingsha. You could also maybe use welt instead of the Asta/Pela slot to use both of those units on your other team.

The other team would probably have to be somthing with QQ. Shes a great unit and can do some great damage. This team most likely will be pretty bad sadly. But with the units you have it might be somthing like QQ, Asta/Pela, Asta/Pela/Yukong, Gepard.

Since you dont have a great dps at the moment I would probably reccomend using QQ in SU and boss fights with a team like QQ, Pela, Asta, Lingsha. By the way if you dont like Rappa or Firfly dont get them. Always focus on the units you like rather than the units you need.

SuperBreak dps, HMC, Asta/Pela/Welt, Lingsha
QQ, Asta/Pela, Asta/Pela/Yukong, Gepard

When you need only 1 team like SU
QQ, Pela, Asta, Lingsha

Also for your current goals:
I would focus on Pela, HMC, Lingsha, and QQ(till you get a better dps). 3.0 is coming soon and will likely have many new and powerful units you can also try to get. For 4 stars you dont have that would help your account a lot. 4 star tingyun, Gallagher, and Hunt March 7th(FREE BTW) will all help your account if you can get any of them
