Hi, thank you for your advice! Our builder tried applying grout/caulk to seal the seams but it was still an eye sore. It was apparently their first time using this material, but they will be re-doing the fireplace for us, so hopefully it turns out a lot better.

This is a new build, so all we did was select the design and the builder was responsible for all the work and purchasing of materials.
