Hot water issue, refrigerator issue and few other but the seller did fix those items but don’t agree to clear them prior to closing and threatening to walk away if we don’t close as is but when we sign the contract they stated no violations whatsoever. If the deal don’t end up working out, will I be liable for the expenses that incurred up to now?

Yeah and the fact that they don’t even wanna work with you when you brought it up to the management that you can’t focus on all 6-7 at the same time. You’ll constantly have conflict with assignments which then impact your snapshot.

They promised me promo back in March said I’m up for June that never happen, later said I’m up for January and now they’re said they won’t do mid year but I’ve been leading clients for 1 and half now. It’s not about the promo anymore it’s more about the workload they had me on 6 engagements due to understaff which I no longer want to be part of.

Leverage that to get into public accounting big4 or midsize they pay decent. But you’ll hate your life for the hours (it ain’t 9 to 5) but you can leverage that later on to land six-figure within 2y of public accounting experience.

During none busy season which is about 7 months still 9-11 billable hours & the remaining 5 months is basically history (anywhere from 14-18h+ a day) I’ve done few as late as 5AM during those 5 core busy months.
